Beamfox Technologies is a young high-tech software company delivering software for improving the resolution of nanofabrication (proximity effect correction). The Beamfox staff holds very strong competencies within nanotechnology, software development, and high-performance computing. Beamfox Proximity, the main product from Beamfox, provides state-of-the-art proximity effect correction for electron-beam lithography in a user-friendly software package. The extremely fast and accurate core algorithm of Beamfox Proximity was developed by researchers at the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen and enables researchers in nanotechnologies to accelerate their research.
